The Essencia electric heating pad is excellent for maintaining temperature of beer, wine and wash during fermentation. Provides low, constant heat where it is most needed for fermentation. Inexpensive to run. Aids yeast activity and helps to avoid stuck fermentation. Use on a solid, heat-resistant surface in a dry area. Place fermentation vessel directly onto the heater pad. Never place anything between the heater pad and the fermentation vessel. Switch the heater pad on or off during fermentation, trying to maintain as constant a temperature as possible.
