Can I use this in the fermentation process, especially for molasses rum fermentation?
This is intended to stop foam whilst boiling wort, not specifically for during fermentation. We haven’t tested it for foam reduction (krausen I assume?) during fermentation but it is worth trying. In theory it should work.
