This classic light coloured Saison has a clean, fresh malt flavour from wheat and pale malts, with fruity, spicy and peppery flavours from the Saison yeast. This Craft Beer Kit comes complete with Saison yeast and Saaz dry hop pellets. For a super Saison, we recommend you add 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light malt extract Pplus 1kg Brick Road Extra Light Dry malt extract (or 1kg dextrose).
