Our 2L Cold brew coffee maker / Infusion Jug is perfect for small batches and perfect for use with our Nitro Whip, 2L, 4L & 5L kegs.

Pure Nitrogen: purchase here:
Use N2 bulbs for Cold Brew Coffee.  Serves about 500ml per bulb
This will create a better cascading effect and thicker. tighter, creamer bubbles - but with a thin dissipating head. Rousing the beverage will bring the cascade back

Cream Bulbs: purchase here:
Use for espresso martini or anything sweet & creamy, or to whip cream. Serves about 1000ml per bulb.
N20 Bulbs create a more frothy head, bigger less tight bubbles and quicker cascade.

The 2L Infusion Jug

  • Cold brew coffee infusion - BPA free Tritan plastic

Cold Brew Coffee Recipe:
200g Coffee beans - ground extra coarse
2L Water (ends up making about 1.9L due to absorption)
Process:
Add ground beans to the filter & attach filter to lid of jug
Slowly pour in 2L ambient temp filtered water
Let sit at room temp for a hour or two then refrigerate for 12 hours (no more than 24 hours with grounds in)
Remove from fridge, take of lid, remove filter and put lid back on jug
Pour & Enjoy!

Espresso Martini
(4.5L batch for a 5L keg  - needs 500ml headspace)
2L Cold Brew Coffee
1.25L Vodka
1.25L Kahlua
(Max volume is 1.5L for a 2L keg or 3.5L for a 4L keg etc..)
