This Classic Wheat kit comes complete with American ale yeast. This cloudy Wheat Beer has a nice refreshing flavour from the wheat malt, with citrus and coriander spice flavours from the wheat beer yeast. For a classic Wheat Beer add 1.5kg Brick Road Wheat malt extract, 1kg Brick Road Wheat Dry malt extract (or 1kg dextrose). To add even more floral, earthy flavours you could add 30g or more of noble hops like Hallertau, Saaz,Tettnanger or Hersbrucker hops.

Only the finest grains are selected and malted. Malts are blended to suit the beer style, then mashed with hop extracts to create hopped wort. The fresh wort is gently reduced to 80 Brix before being canned fresh on-site to retain its original delicious malt flavours.
